A strategy focused on our ESG principles

PV Hardware, S.L.U. and all the companies within its group ("PVH") has been operating in the renewable energy sector for two decades, with a clear vocation to work towards sustainability and a strategy based on ESG (environment, social and governance) principles.

Its business activities are marked by sustainable development and transparency, fundamentals that are also applied in the internal organisation of the company. To fulfil this commitment, PVH relies on the cross-cutting involvement and collaboration of all the areas and departments that make up its different business units.

Governance structure

The Governance Director Plan of PV Hardware, S.L.U. and all the companies of the group to which it belongs (“PVH“) aims to implement the corporate strategy and define the fundamental principles of the rules governing the company’s activities. It also aims to establish an effective corporate structure for Governance, highlighting the company’s commitment, from the highest level, to promote a corporate culture focused on Sustainability.
