PVH and CHINT strengthen their position in the global solar market with strategic agreement

CHINT New Energy (CHINT) and PVH celebrated a significant milestone with the signing of a Strategy Cooperation Agreement on April 8th in Shanghai. Mr. Martin Liu, Director of Overseas Investment Department of CHINT, and Mr. Carlos López, Chief Revenue Officer of PVH, sealed the agreement, marking the beginning of an enhanced partnership between these two leader organizations. Dr. Lu Chuan, President of CHINT New Energy, and Mr. Iván Higueras, CEO of Gransolar Group, graced the event as witnesses, underscoring their commitment to further collaboration.
The agreement signifies the establishment of a long-term, robust, and multi-dimensional relationship, leveraging the strengths and resources of both entities to capitalize on global market opportunities. PVH will provide solar trackers for CHINT’s solar projects, aimed at maximizing energy yield and project revenue over time. In return, CHINT will support PVH with its high-quality solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and High Voltage (HV) transformers for PVH’s projects, alongside offering comprehensive Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as well as Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services and expertise.
Growth opportunity for renewables globally
