India’s solar sector has grown exponentially, from 3 GW in 2014 to a projected 100 GW in 2025, a 3450% increase. Projects under construction total 84.10 GW, with another 47.49 GW under tender. India plans to add 35-40 GW of solar capacity next year and scale up to 40-45 GW in 2026-2027.
